Chat with Admin 1 or Admin 2 via WhatsApp (copy contact above).
Admin will send you a booking form link.
Fill in the form with available data (name, date, service, etc.).
Wait for admin to verify and approve.
After approval, you will receive a unique booking code.
Invoice will be sent to your registered email.
Booking code can be used to track booking status and transactions (optional).
Read and understand Booking Rules before proceeding with payment.
Note: Make sure the data you fill in is correct to speed up the approval process.

Fill in and submit your booking code on that link.
Wait for confirmation from admin regarding cancel/refund status.
Refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.
Note: Refund process takes 1–3 business days after verification.
